I loved your mapping that you showed last week. Will you please do a "things that don't go together" exploration for me? Make a hybrid font or actually just a letter or word.
Perhaps it is Clarendon on the top and Helvetica on the bottom. Just splice them together in the middle. This could be a really cool addition to our class exploration.
What are you thinking of for you NEIGHBORWARE proposal? What do you want to make? You could work with someone from class on a NEIGHBORWARE mapping "book." Maybe mapping neighbors builds a bridge between them?
Or design a new "hybrid" font inspired by the WSC + the Library. Work with one of the fine artists and write a childrens book about older people or bridges or something. Your partner illustrates it. You design it. Donate a copy to the Library and WSC.
Hi Cynthia,
I will try to fill the IL Class air with as much information, fun + experience as possible for you to breathe. I will try to help you through the team part of this. Please tell me if and when you have concerns. OK? Can't wait to see your work!
Merci!
